‘Email Marketing Video Course:’ Project for Digital Marketing Diploma

For the project, I had to design a course and use video to deliver the course. I decided to teach my classmates how to run a B2B cold email marketing campaign. Here are some, but not all of the videos from the series.

Though the production quality is low (iPhone Pro selfie camera + a Windows laptop camera); the main content is there.

This is the intro video to the series – a top of the funnel promo vid.

Objective: Understand why email marketing is very relevant and an important skill.

Being a good copywriter takes time and practice – but I give some tips on how to write an effective subject line for complete neophytes..

The objective of this vid, for the audience:

Learn how to write catchy, attention grabbing subject lines (achieve a 15% open rate).

A 11 minute crash course on the tools that are needed to reach thousands of prospective clients.

I cover Apollo.io, Leadrocks, and email marketing suites: (Instantly, Brevo/Sendinblue).

Even beginners can use this to do their first outreach campaign. But they must put in the time and legwork.

Learning objectives:

  1. Learn how to source leads.
  2. Reach 300 to 10,000 new prospective customers (in the US market) within 3 weeks.
