Description: A proposal written early in my career – the second proposal I ever wrote and my first proposal win. I was selling management consultancy services for a land administration project. I did all the research based off of public documents and online research.
As is the case with most of these technical proposals, I had to strike a delicate balance between content, evaluation criteria, page limits and readability (especially line spacing)
Result: My client was awarded a $300,000 US services contract.
